As the Law No. 156/2020 on introduction of amendments to the Law No. 276/2016 on the principles of subsidizing of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, No. 199-204, the Art. 430) enters concept of the inspection statement, and the procedure of inspection and control regulated by article 31 of this Law was renamed into the Procedure of check on places.
As, according to determination, the inspection statement represents administrative transaction which according to part (2) article 15 of the Administrative code it can be disputed only together with the individual administrative legal act, and in view of that fact that according to Item 146 of the Regulations on conditions, procedure and the procedure of provision of means of National fund of development of the agricultural industry and the rural zone approved by the Order of the Government No. 455/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 201-213, of the Art. 537), the Agency the order rejects the request for provision of subsidy if the found violations make impossible its acceptance. Provisions of Items 122 and 122-1 are applied according to the order of the Agency issued at check stage on places.
For the purpose of correlation of regulations with acts of higher level, based on provisions, stipulated in Item 140 Regulations on conditions, procedure and the procedure of provision of means of National fund of development of the agricultural industry and the rural zone approved by the Order of the Government No. 455/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, to No. 201-213 of, the Art. 537), I ORDER:
