About introduction of amendments to the Law on protection of national movable cultural heritage No. 280/2011

Art. I. - In the Law on protection of national movable cultural heritage No. 280/2011 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 82-84, 270), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Add the law with formula of harmonization of the following content:

2. In Article 2:

2) the archaeological objects of more than 100-year having the following origin:

a) land or underwater archaeological opening or excavation;

b) archaeological monuments;

c) archaeological collections;

3) the elements constituting integral part of art, historical or religious monuments of more than 100-year, received in case of their dismantling;
