Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 30, 2016 No. 484 "About pricing in the field of the address with solid utility waste" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 23, Art. 3331; 2018, No. 31, Art. 5012; No. 40, Art. 6122; No. 52, Art. 8297; 2021, No. 50, Art. 8567).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 30, 2016 No. 484

1. In the pricing Bases in the field of the address with solid utility waste approved by the specified resolution:

a) in the paragraph the sixteenth Item 2 of the word "executive body" shall be replaced with words "executive body";

b) add with Item 24 (1) the following content:

"24(1). If the regulated organization performs activities in the field of the address with solid utility waste with use of subject of the address with solid utility waste which part are including subject to burial of solid utility waste and object of utilization of solid utility waste on which production of the soil suitable for the technical purposes is performed (further - technical soil), by composting, at the same time the technical soil made on such object is used for intermediate isolation of layers of solid utility waste on this object, the expenses connected with production of technical soil are considered in case of establishment of rates for burial of solid utility waste in economically reasonable size equal to the manufacturing cost of technical soil determined taking into account expenses economically reasonable expenses (costs) considered when forming necessary gross revenue according to method.
