About measures for regulation of debts of the state companies for social payments privatized and transferred to the control

For the purpose of strengthening of social protection of the population, and also ensuring investment attraction in the state companies privatized and transferred to the control I decide:

1. Approve "Rules of repayment of debts of the state companies for social payments privatized and transferred to the control" (are applied).

2. Determine that based on the Rules specified in Item 1 of this Decree, repayment of debts of the state companies is performed at the expense of the means provided by the government budget of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2003 and 2004 for the State committee on questions of property of the Azerbaijan Republic for the purpose of involvement of the independent financial consultant in the course of privatization of state-owned property, the organization of the connected with privatization, information support, preprivatization improvement of the companies, and means of compulsory national social insurance.

3. To the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic to take the necessary measures connected with execution of this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of publication.
