About modification of article 12 of the Air code of Ukraine concerning ensuring stable functioning of the State specialized fund of financing of nation-wide expenses on aviation activities and participation of Ukraine in the international aviation organizations

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Part the fifth article 12 of the Air code of Ukraine (2011, 536) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. 48-49, in the following edition:

"5. Receipts of the State specialized fund of financing of nation-wide expenses on aviation activities and participation of Ukraine in the international aviation organizations are:

1) the state charges from subjects of aviation activities:

for certification, registration, re-registration of objects and subjects of aviation activities and maintenance of their activities;

for provision of the rights to operation of air-lines;

for each passenger who departs from the airport of Ukraine;

for each ton of cargo which is dispatched or arrives to the airport of Ukraine;

for making of the official actions connected with supervision in the field of civil aviation, including during execution of flights in other states under agreements of freight/leasing which are calculated depending on quantity and the mass of aircrafts, terms of temporary basing abroad and regions of accomplishment of flights;

on aviation safety;

2) grants, gifts and charitable fees, and also other receipts received by authorized body concerning civil aviation from the companies, the organizations, physical persons and from other budgetary institutions for accomplishment of target actions in the field of civil aviation;

3) others, provided by the law, receipts".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
