About modification of some decisions of the National commission on securities and the stock market
According to Item "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets" the National commission on securities and the stock market solved 13 parts one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine:
1. Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of June 25, 2020 No. 319 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for certification of specialists in questions of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 10, 2020 for No. 868/35151, the following changes:
in item 4 of the word and figures "on September 01, 2022" shall be replaced with words also in figures "on September 01, 2023";
in Item 5:
words and figures "on August 31, 2022" shall be replaced with words also in figures "on August 31, 2023";
words and figures "on September 01, 2022" shall be replaced with words also in figures "on September 01, 2023";
in Item 7 of the word and figures "on September 01, 2022" shall be replaced with words also in figures "on September 01, 2023".
2. In paragraphs one and the second Items 2, 3 decisions of the National commission on securities and the stock market of May 13, 2021 No. 276 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of professional activity in the organized goods markets - activities for the organization of trade in products at commodity exchanges", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 25, 2021 for No. 692/36314, and figure "on December 01, 2022" shall be replaced with words also in figures "on December 01, 2023".
