Determine the following organizations for evaluating and the analysis concerning use and distribution of the arriving income and means from placement of the "green", social bonds, bonds of sustainable development and bonds connected with sustainable development and their compliance to the purposes declared by the framework programme on bond issue and (or) bond issue conditions (verification):
1) the bodies for confirmation of conformity accredited by national authority on accreditation in the field of assessment of conformity and also foreign bodies for confirmation of conformity which status is confirmed by accreditation of competent authority of the state which resident she is;
2) the organizations in the field of nature protection designing and regulation, environmental assessment and environmental audit (ecological auditors) having the license of authorized body in the field of environmental protection on performance of works and rendering services in the field of environmental protection;
3) power auditing organizations on which are absent the note on analysis results of power auditor examinations which is carried out by "Institute of Development of Power Industry and Energy Saving" joint-stock company;
4) the consulting companies having the license of Committee of the International financial center "Astana" on regulation of financial services in the field of green financing;
