About change of some Orders of the Minister of Finance

No. 1-6, 22), with subsequent changes, and for the purpose of exception of regulations on obligation to seal on accounting documents in the context of part (7) article 11 of the Law on financial accounting and the financial reporting No. 287/2017 and Item 5 of article 3 of the Law on entrepreneurship and the companies No. 845/1992 I ORDER:

1. In the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 181/2019 on approval of Methodical instructions for financial accounting in individual offices of family doctors (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 7-13, 20) to make the following changes:

in appendix Item 23:

- in the subitem 3) shall be replaced with words the words "and seal of physical person, as necessary" "physical person";

- in the subitem 4) of the word "and seal, as necessary" to exclude.

2.
