About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning application of work of foreigners and stateless persons in Ukraine and renderings of services on mediation in employment abroad

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. Part the fourth article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal status of foreigners and stateless persons" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. 19-20, of Art. 179; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of July 15, 2021 No. 1667-IX) to state in the following edition:

"4. Foreigners and stateless persons which according to the law arrived to Ukraine for employment or the conclusion gigabyte contract or during stay on legal causes in the territory of Ukraine in the case provided by part thirteen of this Article got permission to application of work of foreigners and persons without citizenship in Ukraine and type for temporary residence, are considered such which on legal causes are in the territory of Ukraine for work in Ukraine".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 24, Art. 243 with subsequent changes):

Items 8-1, 8-2 and 8-4 of part one of Article 1 to exclude 1);
