About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 686 of September 13, 2012

In the Order of the Government No. 686 of September 13, 2012 "About approval of some methods of the analysis on control of sterns" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 198-204, 741), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in resolution preamble the text "According to provisions of the Law on veterinary and sanitary activities No. 221-XVI of October 19, 2007 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 51-54, 153), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also for the purpose of practical application of provisions of Regulations of the European commission No. 152/2009/CE of the January 27, 2009 establishing methods of sampling and the analysis for the official control of sterns published in the Official magazine of the Council of Europe series L 54 of February 26, 2009 in the national regulatory base" to replace with the text: "According to provisions of article 36 of the Law No. 221-XVI of October 19, 2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 125-129, 396), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also for the purpose of transposition of provisions of Regulations No. 152/2009/SE of the January 27, 2009 establishing methods of sampling and the analysis for official control of sterns, published in the Official magazine of the European Union No. 54 series L of February 26, 2009, p. 1, in the national regulatory base";

2) in Item 1 the text "Sampling methods for official control of forages by determination of components, additives and undesirable substances, except for remaining balance of pesticides and microorganisms, according to appendix No. 1" to replace with the text "Sampling methods for official control of forages for the purpose of determination of components, including materials which contain, consist or were made from genetically modified organisms, additives for forages of animal, undesirable substances and remaining balance of pesticides, according to appendix No. 1";
