1. Determine that for warlike situation:
1) registration of objects of intellectual property right in the customs register of objects of intellectual property right which are protected according to the law, according to statements of owners (their authorized representatives) concerning all types of goods stops:
citizens of the Russian Federation, legal entities who are formed and registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and/or the final beneficial owner of which citizens of the Russian Federation or other legal entities who are formed and registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation are;
citizens of the Republic of Belarus, legal entities who are formed and registered according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and/or the final beneficial owner of which citizens of the Republic of Belarus or other legal entities who are formed and registered according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus are;
