About modification of the Order of the Government No. 199/2014 about approval of Strategy of water supply and sanitation (2014-2028)

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 199/2014 about approval of Strategy of water supply and sanitation (2014-2028) (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 72-77, 222), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the name of the resolution, in the name and in all text of appendix No. 1 to replace the text of "(2014-2028)" with the text of "(2014-2030)";

2) to add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Approve the Action plan for 2020-2024 on strategy implementation of water supply and sanitation (2014-2030), according to appendix No. 11.";

3) in appendix No. 1:

a) in all text:

to replace the text of "(2014-2028)" with the text of "(2014-2030)";

shall be replaced with words the words "State Ecological Inspection" in any grammatical form "The inspectorate for environmental protection" in the corresponding grammatical form;

to exclude words "Ministry of Public Education";

in any grammatical form to exclude the words "interministerial coordination panel on Strategy implementation" and "coordination panel";

the words "water consumption" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "water supply" in the corresponding grammatical form;

b) in Introduction:

in paragraph four the text "considers timely development medium-term (2014-2018) and long-term (till 2028)" to exclude strategy for this sector, and to replace the words "and by that, helping" with the word "helps";

state the term "sanitation" in the following edition:

"sanitation - number of public services and actions for safety from the sanitary and epidemiologic, hygienic and ecological points of view:

(a) collection, transportation and cleaning household, fecal (containing human allocations) and storm waters; and also
