About modification of the Procedure for functioning of the Electronic office

According to Item 9 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of November 30, 2021 No. 1914-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring balance of budget receipts" and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375,

I order:

1. Bring in the Procedure for functioning of the Electronic office approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 14, 2017 No. 637, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 1, 2017 for No. 942/30810, the following changes:

add the Section II with new Items 22 and 23 of the following content:

"22. Taxpayers are granted the right to obtain tax information on other taxpayers in previously provided consent of such persons, in document type in form according to appendix 5 to this Procedure, electronically with imposing of qualified electronic seal of monitoring body.

23. For provision of tax information to other taxpayers the taxpayer through the Electronic office can provide to monitoring body consent to disclosure to other taxpayer of tax information on him in independently certain amount, by the choice of information which can be provided to the taxpayer.";

add with new appendix 5, which is applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of ensuring coordination and monitoring work of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective in 60 days, from the date of its official publication.
