About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions in the field of customs affairs" of February 13, 2020 No. 79
For the purpose of ensuring control of movement of goods with use of navigation seals, according to Articles 139, "About customs regulation" and articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides 338 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions in the field of customs affairs" of February 13, 2020 No. 79 the following changes:
- add Item 1 with the paragraph the twentieth the following content:
"-Procedure for use of navigation (electronic) seals when moving goods according to customs procedure of customs transit across the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 19.";
- add with appendix 19 in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. Determine the State company "Customs Infrastructure" under the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic responsible for application of navigation (electronic) seals when moving goods according to customs procedure of customs transit across the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic as the operator of sealing.
3. To the state company "Customs Infrastructure" under the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1) from coming into force of this resolution to carry out preparatory work for industrial implementation of navigation (electronic) seals when moving goods according to customs procedure of customs transit across the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic to two-month time;
