1. Approve "The program of actions for providing oncological patients with the main antineoplastic medicines" it (is applied).
2. To provide to the Ministry of Health of the Azerbaijan Republic and other relevant organizations implementation of the Program of actions.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

High incidence of malignant tumors and indicators of death rate give the grounds to approach work on fight against this disease as to one of the priority directions of the state.

In the last 5 years cases of malignant tumors among the population of the republic increased on % 26,6. One of basic reasons of it is absence or sharp shortage of antineoplastic medicines.
This Program is prepared, in view of noted, for the purpose of improvement of quality of treatment of oncological patients in the republic and providing with necessary medicines.
Now method of medicinal therapy one of the malignant tumors conducting in treatment. At the same time during treatment more than 50% of patients at this or other stage are used chemical therapy.
