1. Item 8 of appendix No. 3 to the Order of the Government No. 846/2015 on enforcement of provisions of the Law on cinematography No. 116/2014 (2015, 949) to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 332-339, in the following edition:
"8. The period of submission of the file for participation in tender of cinema projects is established from October 1 to October 15. The projects provided after final term are not allowed to tender. Competition of cinema projects will be held in the year preceding year of financing.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
