Item 4 of Article 17 to state 1) in the following edition:

The citizens having not removed or unspent conviction for making of crimes against the sexual integrity of the minor or crimes provided by Articles 205 - 205.5, 206, 208, 211, 220, 221, 275, 275.1, 276 - 280, 282.1 - 282.3, 360, 361 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are not subject to conscription on mobilization.";

To add 2) with Article 17.1 of the following content:

"Article 17.1. Passing of alternative civil service during mobilization

1. The citizens passing alternative civil service in the organizations of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming and bodies as civil personnel in case of the announcement of mobilization continue to pass alternative civil service in the specified organizations.

2. The citizens passing alternative civil service in the organizations subordinated to federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation or local government bodies can go for passing of alternative civil service on positions of civil personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming, bodies and special forming according to the procedure, the determined regulations on procedure for passing of alternative civil service.".
