1) in Item 5 of part 1 of Article 8 the word "the authorities;" shall be replaced with words "the authorities. Control of execution of the agreement on implementation of the related activity by the resident of the special economic zone with which the concessionary agreement according to which concedent is the Russian Federation is signed and control of the concedent of execution of conditions of the concessionary agreement are performed at the same time;";

2) in Article 12:
