RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2012 No. 229

For the purpose of enhancement of regulation of the relations in the field of purchases of goods (works, services) at the expense of own means the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2012 No. 229 "About enhancement of the relations in the field of purchases of goods (works, services) at the expense of own means" the following changes:

in Item 2:

to state paragraph two of part two of subitem 2.2 in the following edition:

"the organization performs self-produced purchase of goods at their producer. For the purposes of this paragraph the documents confirming own production are the documents specified in paragraphs the second and fourth to part two of subitem 2.16 of this Item;";

in part two of subitem 2.5 of the word "in part five" shall be replaced with words "in part seven";

the fourteenth to state the paragraph to part one of subitem 2.8 in the following edition:

"conditions of application of the preferential amendment according to subitem 2.8-1 of this Item, and also in cases when its application is determined by features of implementation of purchases at the expense of own means according to subitem 2.13 of this Item;";

add Item with subitem 2.8-1 of the following content:

"2.8-1. when holding procedures of purchases, except for procurement procedures from one source, the goods included in appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2022 in No. 80 "About confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Republic of Belarus" the preferential amendment in the amount of 15 percent is applied to bid price of the participant of procurement procedure offering the goods made by it on condition of provision of one of the documents specified in paragraphs the second and sixth to part two of subitem 2.16 of this Item.
