Bring in article 9 of the Federal Law of May 19, 1995 No. 82-FZ "About public associations" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 21, of the Art. 1930) change, having added it with part four of the following content:

"In social movement the sole executive body, and in the cases provided by the law or the charter is formed, in social movement the collegiate executive body is formed. The charter of social movement can provide that approval of the annual statement and accounting (financial) records of social movement, decision making about creation of other legal entities by social movement, about participation of social movement in other legal entities, about creation of branches and about opening of representative offices of social movement, approval of auditing organization or the individual auditor of social movement, education and early termination of powers of sole executive body are within the competence of permanent collegiate governing body of social movement.".
