"Article 32
1. This Federal Law becomes effective after hundred eighty days after day of its official publication, except for provisions for which this Article establishes other terms of their introduction in force.
2. Paragraphs the first - third the subitem "b", the subitem "e" of Item 16, the subitem "an" of Item 17 of article 1 of this Federal Law become effective since November 15, 2022.
3. The subitem "e" of Item 32, Item 33 of Article 1 and article 31 of this Federal Law become effective from the date of official publication of this Federal Law.".
