About modification of the Regulations on management system state programs of the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on management system state programs of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 26, 2021 No. 786 "About management system state programs of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 23, the Art. 4042).

Changes which are made to Regulations on management system by state programs of the Russian Federation

1. To add the paragraph of the sixth of Item 7 with words "(programs) (further - national projects)".

2. Add Item 15 with paragraphs of the following content:

"Data on actions (results) of structural elements of state programs (comprehensive programs) contain in the reference book of actions (results) of structural elements of state programs (comprehensive programs), the procedure for forming and which maintaining is established by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

In the Electronic Budget system the unique code providing including possibility of identification of the relevant activity (result), and also budgetary appropriations of the federal budget on its financial provision (is assigned for action (result) of structural element of the state program (comprehensive program) in case of their availability) at all stages of its realization, according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.".
