1.1. These rules are prepared on the basis of the "Rules of issue of special consent (license) for some types of activity in the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 2, 2002 No. 782, and establish rules of maintaining in body of the unified licensed register on the basis of the data provided by licensing authorities of the executive authority.
1.2. The unified licensed register of the Azerbaijan Republic is kept by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Azerbaijan Republic.
1.3. In the Azerbaijan Republic maintaining the unified licensed register is the information system based on the general principles of information system and which is set of data on the granted licenses.
2.1. For accounting of data on the legal entities and physical persons which obtained the license in the unified licensed register, data of licensing authorities of the executive authority are used.
2.2. The data entered in the unified licensed register are constituted and represented in the form given in Appendix No. 1 to these rules (is applied).
2.3. In the presence of amendments according to the granted licenses (by reorganization of the legal entity, change of data on the identity certificate of physical person, suspension of licensed activity, liquidation of the license, etc.) in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Azerbaijan Republic within 3 (three) days information on it is provided.
2.4. The unified licensed register shall be kept on papers and in the form of electronic records.
