With respect thereto preamble availability in the projects providing modification and amendments in regulatory legal acts, and also recognition their invalid is established.
Besides, in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About Regulations of Legislative house of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the procedure for discussion of the name, preamble of the bill and vote on them reveals.
Also for the purpose of creation of further favorable conditions to citizens in the course of national vote the voting procedure by putting down of one certain sign takes root into bulletins.
This Law will serve finishing as available and clear language to the population of need, the reasons and adoptions of regulatory legal acts, to their essence, and also creating favorable conditions for full declaration of will of citizens in the course of national vote are more whole.
