ORDER OF CUSTOMS SERVICE OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

About modification of appendix No. 11 to the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009

According to Article 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of January 1, 2007) and Article 6 parts (9) Item g) the Law on Customs Service No. 302/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, to Art. No. 68-76, 143), and also for the purpose of streamlining of information accounting I ORDER:

1. In appendix No. 11 to the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 197-200, 876), to make the following changes:

1) in the Section "CODES of the tax and customs privileges provided according to the current legislation in case of commodity exportation from customs area of the country, depending on the customs regime requested in accordance with general practice", the text:
