I. General provisions

1. These requirements establish mandatory requirements to the address of by-products of livestock production in case of storage, processing, conversion, transportation, realization and use of by-products of livestock production in agricultural production.

2. In these requirements the following concepts are used:

"the manufacturer of by-products of livestock production" - the legal entity, the individual entrepreneur, peasant farm without formation of legal entity who are owners of by-products of livestock production, the performing their processing and conversion;

"object of content of farm animals" - the object for cultivation (cultivation and content) of farm animals including complex of factory buildings (rooms);

"carrier of by-products of livestock production" - the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur performing transportation of by-products of livestock production;
