As a result of the undertaken reforms number of changes is brought in structure of system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including classification of separate executive positions in this connection there was need to enshrine in the legislation accountability of these heads of system of law-enforcement bodies about condition of the prevention and prevention of offenses and about public safety to the Jokargi Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local Kengasham of People's Deputies is changed.
This Law makes changes and additions to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the government on places", "About self-government institutions of citizens", "About law-enforcement bodies" and "About procedure for serving of administrative detention", and also the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the administrative responsibility.
In particular, quarterly submission of reports by the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, chiefs of Main Departments of Internal Affairs of the city of Tashkent and Tashkent region, chiefs of the Departments of Internal Affairs of areas, their deputies according to the Jokargi Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local Kengasham of People's Deputies is determined.
