About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 22, 2022 No. 247

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 22, 2022 No. 247 "About movement of vehicles" the following changes:

1.1. in paragraph one of part one of Item 3 of the word "This Resolution Is Not Applied" shall be replaced with words "Items 1, 2 and 4 presents of the resolution are not applied";

1.2. add the resolution with Items 4-3-4-5 of the following content:

"4-3. The basis for movement of goods and vehicles according to this resolution is availability at the owner (user) of the vehicle specified in Item 1 of this resolution, one of the following documents:

the permission to driving of automotive vehicles of foreign states through the territory of the Republic of Belarus including which is drawn up by Transport inspection of the Ministry of Transport and Communications according to the Regulations on procedure for registration of permissions to driving of automotive vehicles of foreign states through the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution;

permission of the European conference of Ministers of Transport;

reusable permission to driving of automotive vehicles of foreign states through the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
