About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation

 According to subitem 1 of Article 39.38 of the Land code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Subitem 4.4.31 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 28, 2008 No. 400 "About the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 22, Art. 2577; 2019, No. 19, of the Art. 2300) to state in the following edition:

"4.4.31. decision making about establishment of the public servitude concerning the parcels of land and (or) lands for use for the purpose of placement or capital repairs of objects of electric grid economy, linear objects of gas supply system, oil pipelines and oil pipelines, their integral technological parts if the specified objects are objects of federal importance, and also capital repairs of sites (parts) of such objects which are linear objects;".

2. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation within the number of employees of the Ministry and budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry in the federal budget on management and management in the established field of activity established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
