For the purpose of realization of Item 2.10 of the list of measures for increase in stability of economies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, including ensuring macroeconomic stability, the Council of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the order of March 17, 2022 12, for maintenance of stable goods offering in the domestic market of the Eurasian Economic Union taking into account technological features of production processes in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - state members) Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved No.:

1. Concerning products which are subject to obligatory assessment of conformity on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, features of application of the Procedure for import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of products which are subject to obligatory assessment of conformity on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of November 12, 2021 No. 130, regarding determination of procedure and cases of representation to customs authorities of documents on assessment of conformity (data on such documents) when placing such products under customs procedures can be established by the governments of state members.

The features of import of products established according to paragraph one of this Item cannot exclude obligation of observance of requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union, and are effective till September 1, 2023 inclusive.

State members without delay inform the Eurasian economic commission on the regulatory legal acts adopted according to this Item.

The Eurasian economic commission provides immediate informing state members on the adopted regulatory legal acts.
