About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "On regulation of questions of legal status of compatriots with foreign citizenship" of October 8, 2021 No. 203
For the purpose of acceleration of start of national initiative of "Meken-kart", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "On regulation of questions of legal status of compatriots with foreign citizenship" of October 8, 2021 No. 203 the following changes:
- the fourth Item 5 to declare the paragraph invalid;
- add with Item 5-1 of the following content:
"5-1. To the ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic together with Uchkun open joint stock company (under approval) to take necessary measures for providing the compatriot with forms of the document with foreign citizenship of "Meken-kart".".
2. This resolution becomes effective after five days from the date of official publication.
