About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
In pursuance of item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2022 "About the simplified procedure for construction and reconstruction of construction objects" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 202
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. to add Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 973, with subitems 5.7-2, 5.30-2 and 5.34-11 of the following content:
"5.7-2. establishes requirements to structure, content and form of the passport of the builder;";
"5.30-2. establishes procedure for determination of type of construction activities and the name of construction object;";
"5.34-11. establishes procedure for forming and maintaining the list of projects (series) economic apartment houses of standard consumer qualities;";
1.2. to add Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure for preparation and issue of allowing documentation on construction of facilities approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 20, 2007 No. 223, with the paragraph of the following content:
"construction and reconstruction of single-family apartment houses and (or) non-residential capital constructions in the simplified procedure according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2022 No. 202 "About the simplified procedure for construction and reconstruction of construction objects".";
