I. article 132-2 of the code of Ukraine About administrative offenses (1984, appendix to No. 51, 1122) to state sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR to the Art. in the following edition:

"Article 132-2. Violations by the consignor of requirements of registration and introduction of data in commodity-transport delivery note or other documents determined by the legislation on load

Introduction (instructions) by the consignor of data on weight or dimensions of load in commodity-transport delivery note or other document determined by the legislation on load, do not correspond to actual data which exceed the weight or dimensional parameters which are normative set by the legislation from 5 percent to 10 percent inclusive, except the consignor who at the same time is carrier of this load, and also introduction (instructions) by the consignor of data on weight or the dimensions of load in commodity-transport delivery note or other document determined by the legislation on load exceeding the weight or dimensional parameters which are normative set by the legislation from 5 percent to 10 percent inclusive in the absence of the drawn-up permission to driving through highways of vehicles which weight or dimensional parameters exceed normative, -

involve imposing of penalty on citizens, physical persons - entrepreneurs or authorized officers of the consignor in the amount of five hundred free minima of the income of citizens.

The actions provided by part one of this Article if actual data of load or the entered (specified) data exceed the weight or dimensional parameter over 10 percent which are normative set by the legislation, but no more than 20 percent inclusive -

involve imposing of penalty on citizens, physical persons - entrepreneurs or authorized officers of the consignor in the amount of one thousand free minima of the income of citizens.
