About modification of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About National guard of Ukraine" concerning work on mine clearing, including during action of warlike situation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Part one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About National guard of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 17, Art. 594; 2016, No. 3, Art. 35; 2020, No. 47, the Art. 408) to add with Item 23 following of content:

"23) to carry out works on mine clearing (detection, neutralization and destruction) of explosive objects in the territories which are provided for placement and permanent activities of bodies of military management, connections, military units (divisions), the highest military educational institutions, teaching military units (centers), bases, healthcare institutions and organizations of National guard of Ukraine, and also in places of accomplishment of tasks to destination during action of warlike situation, during the special period and in case of need in peace time".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of publication of this law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

adopt the regulatory legal acts following from this law;

provide review and reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
