About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the legislation concerning service of civil protection

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of civil protection of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. 34-35, 458):

"Governing bodies and forces of civil protection" shall be replaced with words 1) in the name of the Section IX, Chapter 22 of the word "bodies and divisions of civil protection";

2) in Article 99:

in the name and part one of the word "governing bodies and forces of civil protection" shall be replaced with words "bodies and divisions of civil protection";

the fourth and fifth to state parts in the following edition:

"4. For fitting of bodies and divisions of civil protection during mobilization, for the special period or in case of the emergency situation menacing to safety, the announcement of the decision on carrying out mobilization (target mobilization) and/or introduction of warlike (extraordinary) situation by the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of civil protection it is created according to the procedure, stipulated in Article the 107th of this Code, reserve of service of civil protection.

5. Employment relationships of workers, and also the relations arising in connection with revenues to public service in bodies and divisions of civil protection are regulated by the legislation on work, public service and the signed employment contracts (contracts)";
