About modification of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" concerning statement of women on military accounting of persons liable for call-up

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. The eleventh article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 38, of Art. 324 with subsequent changes) to state part in the following edition:

"11. Women who are suitable for passing of military service for health reasons and I will increase and the ended organizations of professional (professional), secondary professional or higher education and received medical or pharmaceutical specialty are subject to capture on military accounting of persons liable for call-up.

Women who have specialty and/or profession related the corresponding military specialty determined in the list approved by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and suitable for passing of military service for health reasons and I will increase, except specified in paragraph one of this part, undertake on military accounting of persons liable for call-up at will".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
