Limiting 3) the maximum levels of the prices (rates) for services in transfer of electrical energy on the power networks belonging on the property right or other legal cause to the territorial network organizations in the amount of increased by 9 percent of the price levels (rates) for services in transfer of electrical energy approved in subjects of the Russian Federation on the power networks belonging on the property right or other legal cause to the territorial network organizations operating as of November 30, 2022, from December 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023;

Limiting 4) the minimum levels of the prices (rates) for services in transfer of electrical energy on the power networks belonging on the property right or other legal cause to the territorial network organizations in the amount of increased by 8,9 of percent of the price levels (rates) for services in transfer of electrical energy approved in subjects of the Russian Federation on the power networks belonging on the property right or other legal cause to the territorial network organizations operating as of November 30, 2022, from December 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023.

2. To Federal Antimonopoly Service no later than 5 days from the date of entry into force of this resolution to establish since December 1, 2022:

1) wholesale prices for the natural gas extracted and realized to consumers of the Russian Federation;
