1. In the Regulations on security circulation in the capital market approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 14/5/2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 100-105, the Art. 555), with subsequent changes, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1107 of 8:04. 2016, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 44-1:

shall be replaced with words the words "sales/acquisition" "sales shall be at least";

"estimated" to replace the word with the word "confirmed";

To add 2) with Item 44-2 of the following content:

"44-2. In departure from Item 44-1 the price of securities will be freely approved between the parties on the contractual conditions established by them in situations when:
