About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning functioning of the integrated information systems in the field of education

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Unified state demographic register and documents which confirm citizenship of Ukraine prove the identity or" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 51, Art. 716 with subsequent changes) to add her special status with part eight of the following content:

"8. For identification of persons and verification of information on them from the Register such information is transferred to the Automated information complex of educational management and Single state electronic base concerning education in the mode of electronic information exchange:

1) name of person;

2) date of birth/death;

3) floor;

4) information about parents (adoptive parents), guardians, custodians and other representatives;

5) details of the passport document of person (series, number, date of issue of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine, the name of the authorized subject which issued the document, effective period (in the presence), and for the child aged up to 14 years, except foreigners and stateless persons - series and certificate number about the birth, details of the document on registration of the birth issued by competent authority of foreign state legalized in accordance with the established procedure if other is not provided by the international treaty of Ukraine which consent to be bound is provided by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine;

6) details of the documents confirming the death of person or recognition of person by the dead or it is unknown absent;

7) information on tax number (registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer from the State register of physical persons taxpayers) (in the presence);

8) data on unique number of entry in the Register;

9) data on the registered or declared residence (stay) of person, removal of person from registration of the residence or on change of the residence (stay) of person".
