About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning providing requirements of civil protection when planning and building the territories

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of civil protection of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. 34-35, 458):

Part one of Article 17 to add 1) with Item 13-1 of the following content:

"13-1) submits the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft of the list of objects which project documentation on construction shall include the Section of technical actions of civil protection";

Part the second Article 17-1 to add 2) with Items 42-1, 42-2 and 60-1 of the following content:

"42-1) submits to the relevant authorized body of town planning and architecture the conclusion to the Section of technical actions of civil protection of drafts of town-planning documentation, and also concerning observance of requirements of fire and technogenic safety for further review by architectural town-planning council;

42-2) participates in professional certification of contractors of separate work types (services) connected with creation of objects of architecture which perform activities for questions of technical actions of civil protection, and also concerning fire and technogenic safety";

"60-1) gives to the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of civil protection, the offer on the list of objects which project documentation on construction shall include the Section of technical actions of civil protection";

3) in Article 32:

a) the paragraph one of part two to state in the following edition:

"2. For the shelter of the population also constructions of dual purpose - the land and underground buildings / constructions or their separate parts designed or adapted for use on the basic functional purpose including for protection of the population in which conditions for temporary stay of people are created are used";

b) parts the eighth, the ninth, fourteenth and fifteenth to state in the following edition:
