RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND SOCIAL PROTECTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2000 No. 47

Based on paragraphs of the third or sixth subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2010 No. 1172 "About authority delegation of the Government of the Republic of Belarus on acceptance (edition) of regulatory legal acts according to the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus" and subitem 7.1.1 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for calculation of average earnings approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2000 No. 47, the following changes:

in Item 6, the paragraph the fourth to replace parts one of Item 10 and part two of Item of the 12th figure of "29,7" with figures of "29,6";

state Item 15 in the following edition:

"15. The payments caused by wages systems and charged for the preceding accounting periods, the amounts of wages indexation, surcharge to the size of minimum wage lump-sum allowance on the improvement paid to employees of state bodies the, and also public institutions and other state organizations providing activities of the President of the Republic of Belarus or state bodies which employees according to the legal acts fixing their legal status are the government civil servants (further - employees of state bodies) join in the salary of that month on which they fall according to personal account.";
