About modification of appendix to the Regulations on forming of selling prices of socially important goods approved by the Order of the Government No. 774/2016

For the purpose of ensuring access of the population to means of medical appointment to the period of the announcement of emergency situation of the international value in the field of public health care the Government DECIDES:

1. The list of the socially important goods (goods item according to the Combined commodity nomenclature) provided in appendix to the Regulations on forming of selling prices of socially important goods approved by the Order of the Government No. 774/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 169-183, 834), with subsequent changes, to add with line items 14-16 following contents:

"14. * искл. 630790, 481890 - masks medical

15. * искл. 401511, 401519 - gloves medical

16. * искл. 3808 - biocidal products (disinfecting medical means) included in the National registry of biocidal products and the State register of medical products".

2. Assign to the Ministry of Health, work and social protection review of this resolution after the termination of emergency situation of the international value in the field of public health care.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
