Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 3, 2004 No. 220 "About approval of the Standard agreement of lease of land" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 9, Art. 527; 2022, No. 41, the Art. 2219) and of December 29, 2021 No. 1438 "Some questions of realization of pilot project on entering into the State land cadastre of data on the parcels of land by the certified engineers land surveyors" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 6, the Art. 345) changes which are applied.

The rights and obligations of the Parties during warlike situation, its termination or cancellation in Ukraine or in its certain areas are determined taking into account Items 27 and 28 of the Section X "Transitional provisions" of the Land code of Ukraine.".
2. In Items 1 and 4 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2021 to replace No. 1438 of figure "2022" with figures "2023".
