The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for use of means for requirements satisfaction of the evacuated persons and persons living in the disoccupied settlements it is applied.
2. Recommend to regional military authorities to organize work on satisfaction of needs of the evacuated persons and persons living in the disoccupied settlements according to the Procedure approved by this resolution and to inform at least once a month the Ministry of questions of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories of implementation of measures for requirements satisfaction of the evacuated persons and persons living in the disoccupied settlements and use of means.
3. Determine that:
1) before approval by the Ministry of questions of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories procedure for conducting verification of data on persons who already received the monetary assistance to the civilian population evacuating, or the help on accommodation provided by Procedure for assistance on accommodation to the internally displaced persons approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2022 No. 332 "Some questions of allowance payment on accommodation to internally displaced persons" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 26, of the Art. 1418), the monetary assistance to the evacuated civilian population is provided without conducting such check;
