Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rates of insurance premiums on the national social insurance" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 5, the Art. 229) the following changes:

Does not exceed rates of insurance premiums for subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship, including the peasant farms performing the activities with formation of legal entity, individual entrepreneurs who have revenue total volume for the last 12 months following in a row, it is equal or exceeds 8000000 som, but no more than 30000000 som constitute the amount, are established monthly irrespective of financing source:

1) numbering 5 and more hired employees - from all payment types added for benefit of the hired workers accepted on permanent or temporary work including foreign citizens and stateless persons:

a) for employers:

- for benefit of workers, except for disabled workers of I and II groups - in the amount of 12 percent with distribution of the amounts of insurance premiums on funds in the following sizes:

in the Pension fund - 10 percent;

in Fund of compulsory medical insurance - 2 percent;

- for benefit of disabled workers of I and II groups - in the amount of 8 percent in the Pension fund;

b) for workers:
