About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 1010 of August 26, 2016

For the purpose of execution of the Law No. 279 of December 16, 2016 on the government budget for 2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 472-477, 943), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1010 of August 26, 2016. "About approval of the Standard regulations on the organization and functioning of the Regional social center of assistance to persons infected with HIV / AIDS and to members of their families and minimum quality standards" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 288-292, 1096), to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the resolution:

a) state Items 7 and 8 in the following edition:

"7. The regional social centers are financed by transfers of special purpose from the government budget to local budgets of the second level, and also from other sources, according to the current legislation.

8. Reports on use of transfers of special purpose for maintenance of the regional social centers of assistance to persons infected with HIV / AIDS, and to members of their families are represented to the head financial departments of administrative and territorial units of the second level and ATO Gagauzia in accordance with the established procedure and at the scheduled time.";

b) add with Item 8-1 of the following content:

"8-1. Annually in planning process of the budget the corresponding administrators of the budget represent to the Ministry of Finance reasonable offers on necessary financial resources for maintenance of the regional social centers.";
