About modification of the Regulations on procedure for transfer, change of appointment and exchange of lands approved by the Order of the Government No. 1170/2016

In the Regulations on procedure for transfer, change of appointment and exchange of lands approved by the Order of the Government No. 1170/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 369-378, 1265), to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the Provision:

shall be replaced with words the words "State Ecological Inspection" in any case "The inspectorate for environmental protection" in the corresponding case;

the words "National Center of Public Health Care" in any case shall be replaced with words "The national agency of public health" in the corresponding case;

the words "Service of Civil Protection and Emergency Situations" in any case shall be replaced with words "General inspectorate on emergency situations" in the corresponding case;

2) Item 35 after the words "and irrigational constructions" to add with words ", agrotourist boarding houses";

Items 36 and 37 after words of "agricultural infrastructure" to add 3) with words ", rural tourism".
