About modification of the Regulations on procedure for transfer, change of appointment and exchange of lands approved by the Order of the Government No. 1170/2016

1. In the Regulations on procedure for transfer, change of appointment and exchange of lands approved by the Order of the Government No. 1170/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 369-378, 1265), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) Item 23 after the text of "pipelines" to add with the text", wind installations";

2) Item 26 in paragraph one in the first case after the word of "lands" to introduce the text "specified in Items a), c) and d) parts (2) Article 36 of the Land code";
