Bring in the Procedure for conclusion from operation of bulk distribution lines of oil, the gas and products of their conversion approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 28, 2018 No. 209 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 29, Art. 1025; 2020, No. 68, Art. 2190), following changes:
to state the last paragraph of Item 3 in the following edition:
"the actions plan according to the handling of the fulfilled equipment of the bulk distribution line in which organizational and technical actions for carrying out radiation control of the equipment of the bulk distribution line are determined and proved during its conclusion from operation and the further address with the radioactive contaminated constructional elements (fragments) of the bulk distribution line (in case of their detection) according to rules and regulations on radiation safety, approved with Gosatomregulirovany.";
the fifth the subitem 1 of Item 6 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
