Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 27, 2018 No. 422-FZ "About carrying out experiment on establishment of special tax regime "Tax on the professional income" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 49, Art. 7494; 2019, No. 50, Art. 7201; 2020, No. 14, Art. 2031; 2021, No. 24, Art. 4217) following changes:

1) Article 1 to add with part 1.4 following of content:

"1.4. In the territory of the city of Baikonur to begin carrying out experiment since January 1, 2023. The experiment is made during validity of lease of the Baikonur complex between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 10, 1994 (further - the Lease agreement of the Baikonur complex), but no later than the term specified in part 2 of this Article.";

2) in Article 2:

a) add part 1 with words ", or the territory of the city of Baikonur during validity of lease of the Baikonur complex;
